Description

Tomato processing line can produce from fresh tomato to different kinds of final product. Washing and sorting: Different types of washing machine can be offered: bubble washing machine, spray washing machine, brushing washing machine, and etc., types and models are customized according to the customer requirements and layout.

Crushing: GFM-FC series crusher is made through learning the design technologies of foreign high-class equipment from abroad, which has most advanced working principle, higher accuracy of manufacture and best crushing functions.

Precooking/Blanching machine: Better processing effect by using steam to cook or boil the fruits & vegetables. Continuous working to improve the efficiency. Temperature is automatically controlled, and the cooking time can be adjusted according to the products and processing technique.

Pulping and refining: High capacity and stable performance; Easy to be operated; Suitable for many different kinds of fruits that are including the passion fruit, tomato, peach, apricot, mango, apple and etc.;

Evaporator / Concentration
The main types of evaporator include the forced circulation evaporator and the falling film evaporator. The forced circulation evaporator is used for concentrating the fruit paste (tomato paste, peach paste, apricot paste and etc.) and some other products with high viscosity. And the falling film evaporator is used for concentrating products with low viscosity, for example: fruit juice, milk etc.

Sterilization: The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system adopts the image man-machine interface, which is convenient for intuitively grasping the operating status of each component of the device.

Aseptic filling: Safety - providing several security methods. Using mirror welding tech to ensure tidy and smooth welding line. Separate control panel. CIP and auto SIP available together with sterilizer. Easy to adjust to match the different volumes and sizes of aseptic bags
