1. Discharge platform

When fresh tomatoes come, it's usually a heavy truck that's hard to drain with humans. So we designed an unloading platform to discharge the fresh fruit/tomatoes from the truck using water cannons and convey the fresh fruit/tomatoes to the processing line with water. In addition, the unloading platform has another function that allows you to pre-wash fresh fruit/tomatoes before processing.

 

2. Elevator

This machine is used to delivery fresh fruit from outside the building to inside.

3. Washing

Before crushing, need to washing fresh fruit carefully. For washing we can use bubble washing machine and spray washing machine together. If the washing requirement is high, more stages of washing can be added. Also, for better cleaning effect, we can add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.

4. Sorting

After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.

5. Crushing for tomato processing

GFM-FC series crusher has the most advanced working principle, higher manufacturing precision and best crushing function. It is mainly used for the crushing of various fruits or vegetables, such as: tomatoes, apples, pears, strawberries, celery, etc. It can crush the raw materials into small particles and increase the working effect of the next process. 6. Preheating

The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.

7. Pulper and refiner

This machine also runs at 1470r/min, which generates centrifugal force that allows the product to pass through the screen, helping to refine the product. Usually we use a double stage of pulper and refiner. The screens in each stage are different: the first stage has a larger screen, and the second stage has a smaller screen. The tomato pulp output rate of the two-stage beater can reach 90%-95%. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp. The machine has large running capacity and stable performance. Simple operation and replaceable screen. Suitable for all kinds of fruits such as passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes and apples.

8. Evaporating

Vacuum evaporators are used to concentrate ketchup under vacuum and at low temperature. A forced circulation vacuum evaporator is used here. Low temperature under vacuum to preserve taste and nutrition as much as possible. Now, after evaporating the water from the tomato pulp, we make the tomato paste. Brix levels are typically 28-30% and 36-38%.

9. Sterilizing

Tomato paste uses a tube-in-tube sterilizer. Sterilization temperature and retention time are adjustable. The machine keeps the ketchup at a high temperature of around 115°C for 30 seconds, then immediately cools it down to ambient temperature. In this way, tomato paste can also be tested to preserve the nutrients as much as possible. The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system adopts an image man-machine interface, which is convenient for intuitively grasping the running status of each component of the equipment.

10. Aseptic Filling

An aseptic filling machine is a tube sterilizer that works with tubes. This is a closed loop. Before manufacturing, the cycle is fully sterilized to ensure a sterile environment. The filling chamber is also steam protected to ensure that the filling environment is also sterile. Security - Provides multiple security methods. Mirror welding technology is adopted to ensure neat and smooth welds. Another control panel. CIP and automatic SIP can be used with the sterilizer.
