Key process of the apple processing line

1. Discharge platform
When a fresh apple comes, usually with a big truck, if unloaded with a person, it will be very difficult. Thus, we design an unloading platform and use a water gun to unload fresh apples from the truck, and we also use water to deliver fresh apples to the production line. And there is another function of the unloading area, it can pre-wash a fresh apple before processing.
2. Elevator
This machine is used to delivery fresh apple from outside the building to inside.
3. Washing
Before remove the peels and seeds of fresh apple, need to washing fresh fruit carefully. For washing we can use bubble washing machine and brush & spray washing machine together. If the washing requirement is high, more stages of washing can be added. Also, for better cleaning effect, we can add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.
4. Sorting
After washing, the surface of apple is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad apples by human.
5. Crushing
GFM-FC series crusher has most advanced working principle, higher accuracy of manufacture and best crushing functions. It is mainly used for crushing of many kinds of fruits or vegetables, for example: tomato, apple, pear, strawberry, celery, etc. it can rush the raw materials into small particles, which could increase the working effect of next processing section.The machine is composed of feed hopper, side cover, frame, principal axis, bearing block, motor, motor structure, outlet hopper etc.
6. Preheating
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Belt type juice extractor
Gofun has made a belt press, studying advanced foreign technologies, it is an efficient press machine and quite important, which can increase the capacity of the juice during the processing of fruit or vegetable juice. Used for pressing fruits and vegetables such as apples, pears. etc. the juice level is more than 70%. Energy saving and automatic control.
9. Sterilizing
For apple puree / apple paste, we use a tube tube sterilizer. Sterilization temperature and exposure time are adjustable. With this machine we will heat the product to a very high temperature of about 115 ℃, holding for 30 seconds, and then immediately cool to ambient temperature. In this way you can maximally protect the taste and nutrients of apple puree or apple paste concentrate. The whole system has programmable control. The operating system uses a human-machine interface image, which is convenient for intuitive understanding of the operating state of each component of the device.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine works together with the test type sterilizer. This is a closed loop. Prior to production, the cycle will be completely sterilized to provide an aseptic environment. The filling cavity is also protected by steam to ensure that the filling medium is also aseptic. Security - providing several security methods. Use mirror welding technology to ensure a neat and smooth welding line. Separate control panel. CIP and auto SIP are available together with the sterilizer. Easily adjustable to different volumes and sizes of aseptic bags.
11. Storage or go blending
The finished product can be stored or used as the raw material to make the apple sauce or ketchup.
