The tomato can production line we designed and manufactured for Xinjiang enterprises has started operating. The entire line processes 1 ton of fresh tomatoes per hour, and the processed products are canned tomatoes in 1kg containers. The filling machine can pack 30-40 cans per minute. The following is an introduction to the process and equipment:
Whole line process:
Raw material processing:
Cleaning and classification of fresh tomatoes: removing impurities, bad fruits, etc.
Cutting and Grinding: Cut tomatoes into chunks or puree for subsequent processing.
Boiling and peeling:
Blanching tomatoes: Boiling tomatoes with steam or hot water to soften them and facilitate peeling.
Peeling treatment: Removing the outer skin of tomatoes to improve taste and product quality.
Seasoning and processing:
Add seasoning: Add salt, sugar, spices, and other seasonings according to the recipe requirements.
Boiling and mixing: Boil tomato paste and mix seasonings to ensure taste and flavor.
Filling:
Filling machine: Cut tomato chunks are placed into pre disinfected cans and an appropriate amount of tomato paste is added.
Sealing: Seal the can to ensure the product is sealed.
Sterilization and cooling:
Sterilization treatment: The packaged cans enter a continuous bar sterilization tunnel to ensure long-term preservation of the product.
Cooling: Cooling treatment to rapidly cool down the products inside the can.
Packaging and finished products:
Packaging: Packaging cans can be done in boxes or other suitable packaging methods.
Finished product: Canned tomatoes are ready for sale or storage.
Main equipment introduction:
Cleaning and cutting equipment: used for cleaning and cutting fresh tomatoes.
Boiling equipment: used for softening tomatoes and peeling them.
Mixing and boiling equipment: used for mixing seasonings and boiling tomato paste.
Filling machine: used to fill processed tomato sauce or paste into cans.
