Technological process:
Raw material processing: Fresh tomatoes are fed into the cleaning system through a conveyor belt, peeled and crushed to ensure high-quality tomato sauce.
Concentrated blending: The crushed tomato paste is subjected to low-temperature concentration through a continuous external circulation vacuum evaporation system, and then added to the blending ingredients in proportion. The mixture is thoroughly stirred to make the tomato sauce taste better.
Sterilization filling: The prepared tomato sauce flows for several seconds in the ultra-high temperature instant sterilization machine to complete the sterilization process. The sterilization temperature and discharge temperature can be set. The sterilized tomato sauce is directly transported to the sterile bag filling machine through pipelines for automatic filling and sealing. The filling specifications can be set between 2L-220L.
