The canning sterilization equipment designed according to the pasteurization principle belongs to this category. The pressure of the pressure sterilization equipment is greater than 0.1MPa, and it is generally carried out in a closed equipment, and the temperature is usually around 120°C. Atmospheric pressure sterilization equipment can also be divided into batch type and continuous type. According to the different heat sources used by the sterilization equipment, it can be divided into water heating sterilization equipment, direct steam heating sterilization equipment, continuous flame sterilizer, etc.
(3) Physical sterilization equipment using electromagnetic waves is a promising sterilization equipment that uses physical radiation such as far-infrared rays, microwaves, and ultraviolet rays for heat sterilization.
