Peach, plum and apricot deep processing production line
1. Raw material harvesting cycle
Fresh fruit supply window:
Peach/apricot: late May to mid-July (about 60 days)
Plum: June-August (large differences in varieties)
Processing priority: Processing must be done within 24 hours after harvesting to avoid browning and flavor loss
2. Core process time
Processing type Time range
Juice/puree: key process crushing → sterilization → concentration → filling, time range 4-6 hours15
Fruit block/diced fruit: key process cutting → sugaring → drying, time range 3-5 days35
Dried fruit: key process pretreatment → heat pump drying, 3 days (traditional drying takes 15-20 days)
3. Comparison of the entire process cycle
Quickly frozen fruit blocks: about 8 hours from raw materials to finished products (including IQF quick freezing)
Candied preserved fruit: the sugar permeation process takes 15-20 days (vacuum equipment can be shortened to 7 days)
NFC juice: the aseptic filling line has a daily processing capacity of 200 tons (continuous production)
4. Key measures to extend the production period
Raw material storage: gas conditioning storage can extend the shelf life of fresh fruit to 30 days
Flexible production scheduling: the same production line can switch between peach/plum/apricot processing (equipment cleaning takes 2 hours)
