As global consumer demand for natural, additive-free fruit juices continues to rise, mango juice remains a core category in the tropical juice market, driving the need for advanced processing technology. To meet this growing demand, we are pleased to announce the launch of our Mango NFC Juice Processing Line, a not-from-concentrate production system designed to preserve the natural flavor, aroma, and nutritional value of fresh mangoes.
This processing line is engineered for industrial-scale production of premium mango juice. It covers the complete workflow including washing and sorting, destoning and crushing, enzymatic liquefaction, decanter centrifugation, deaeration and homogenization, pasteurization, and aseptic filling. Unlike traditional concentrate-based processes, this line requires no added water, sugar, or preservatives. The resulting mango juice retains a natural golden color, rich mouthfeel, and authentic tropical aroma, making it suitable for direct sale as a premium NFC juice or as a high-quality base for smoothies, nectars, fruit wines, and jams.
Key technical features include a low-temperature enzymatic treatment and precision separation system that breaks down pectin naturally present in mango pulp. This reduces juice viscosity and improves extraction yield. The integrated deaeration and homogenization units significantly enhance the stability and texture of the juice, preventing sedimentation and phase separation during shelf life.
The entire line is controlled by a fully automated PLC system with an intuitive touch screen interface. Operators can recall preset recipes with one touch, enabling precise control over temperature, flow rate, and pressure for each batch, ensuring consistent product quality across production runs.
Food safety and sanitary design are fundamental to this line. All product-contact parts are manufactured from 304 or 316 stainless steel, with smooth, crevice-free surfaces and hygienic pipe layouts. The system supports CIP (clean-in-place) functionality, meeting international food safety standards. The line is modular and scalable, with fresh fruit processing capacities ranging from 2 to 50 tons per day, suitable for both small to medium juice manufacturers and large-scale tropical fruit processing facilities.
The Mango NFC Juice Processing Line has already been successfully installed in several major mango-growing regions, helping processors convert seasonal fresh mangoes into high-value NFC juice. This approach significantly reduces post-harvest losses and price pressure during peak harvest seasons while capturing more value from each ton of fruit.
We offer turnkey services including process design, equipment manufacturing, installation supervision, commissioning, and operator training. For technical specifications or a customized investment proposal based on your daily throughput and mango variety, please contact our engineering team.
