Evaporator for Jam-Forced Circulation Evaporator

Evaporator is suitable for the low temperature concentration of food, pharmaceutical, chemical, biological engineering, environmental engineering, waste recycling and other industries of high concentration, high viscosity, insoluble solids.

It assembled by multi-effect heater, multi-effect separator, cooling machine, circular pump, vacuum and drainage system, steam header, operation platform, Electric PLC controller, valves and cables etc.

Evaporator for Juice-Falling Film Evaporator

The tubular falling film evaporation is to add liquid into the upper tube box of the falling film evaporator heating chamber, and evenly distribute it into the heat exchange tube through the liquid distributor, and form a uniform film flow from top to bottom under the action of gravity and air flow. During this process, the liquid is heated and evaporated by the shell side heating medium, and the generated steam and liquid enter the separation chamber of the evaporator, and the vapor and liquid are sufficiently separated to discharge the secondary steam and the concentrated liquid, respectively.
