Description

The automatic aseptic filling machine is specially designed for liquid aseptic filling. With small floor space, high working stability and convenient operation. Aseptic filling machines are widely used for aseptic packaging of fluid foods such as juices, pulps and jams. The product can be stored for more than one year at room temperature, eliminating the cost and risk of cryogenic refrigerated transport. (The original pulp and jam can be stored for 2 year at room temperature.)

• Multiple use and long shelf life. It can be applied to many kinds of juice/ pulp/ paste and improve the shelf life of up to 2 years.
• The aseptic bags are aluminum compound multi-layer bags; it can cut off from sunlight and oxygen affection to guarantee the high quality of the products.
• The cycle and the filling cavity will be fully sterilized by steam to make sure the aseptic environment. The temperature of filling chamber can be adjusted automatically by temperature control system.
• Safety operation by providing several security methods. Using mirror welding tech to ensure tidy and smooth welding line. Separate control panel. CIP and auto SIP available together with sterilizer. Easy to adjust to match the different volumes and sizes of aseptic bags

Our patented product "volumetric aseptic filling machine" uses cylinder type piston metering. Compared with the traditional weighing and flow meter filling machine, this equipment is equipped with a cylinder.

The telescopic shaft of the cylinder is connected to the piston rod through a slider. The piston rod drives the piston to move the material and transport the material. And once the stroke of the cylinder is set, the amount of material extracted will be fixed, thereby enabling quantitative filling of the material.

And with high precision and stable working process, it is a very stable and accurate quantitative filling equipment.
