1.Washing and peeling

Mangoes need to be washed before processing to remove surface impurities and bacteria. Then, the peeling process removes the outer skin of the mango to obtain the pulp.


2.Cutting

After cleaning and peeling, the mangoes are cut into the desired shape and size, usually into chunks or slices. At the same time, the seeds from the mango pulp need to be removed.


3.Destoning

Use the core removal machine to remove the core of the mango for the next step.


4.Heat treatment

In some cases, mangoes need to be heat treated to ensure the hygienic safety and shelf life of the product. Heat treatment can be carried out by boiling, steaming or high-temperature sterilization.

 

5. Pulper and refiner

Operating at a speed of 1470 r/min, this machine generates centrifugal force, facilitating the passage of the product through the screen and aiding in the refinement process. It is versatile and suitable for a wide range of fruits, including passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes, and apples. 6. Horizontal spiral centrifugal

The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.

 

7. Sterilizing

To ensure the safety and quality of the mango pulp puree, it undergoes sterilization using a tube-in-tube type sterilizer in our mango processing line. This sterilizer offers the advantage of adjustable sterilization temperature and retention time, allowing us to meet specific requirements for different products. The entire system is equipped with programmable control, enabling precise control and automation of the sterilization process. This ensures consistent and reliable sterilization, resulting in a safe and long-lasting mango pulp puree product.

 

8. Aseptic Filling

The aseptic filling machine operates in tandem with a tube-in-tube sterilizer, creating a closed cycle system. Prior to production, the entire cycle undergoes thorough sterilization to establish an aseptic environment. The filling cavity is specifically designed to be vapor protected, maintaining sterility within the filling environment.

To ensure security and product integrity, the machine incorporates multiple safety measures. Mirror welding technology is employed to guarantee clean and seamless weld lines. An independent control panel enables precise control and monitoring of the filling process. The machine can be integrated with CIP (Clean-in-Place) and automatic SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) systems, further enhancing sterilization capabilities. Additionally, the machine offers easy adjustability to accommodate different capacities and sizes of aseptic bags, providing flexibility in production requirements.

 

9. Storage or go blending

The final product can be either stored as-is or utilized as a raw material for the production of tomato sauce or ketchup. It serves as a versatile ingredient that can be further processed and transformed into these popular condiments. Whether it is directly stored or used as a key component in the production of tomato-based sauces, the high-quality finished product ensures the development of delicious and flavorful tomato sauce or ketchup.
