Key process of the mango processing line

1. Discharge platform
When fresh mangoes usually arrive in large trucks, they are very difficult to unload by hand. So design unloading platform and use water gun to unload fresh mangoes from truck and use water to transport fresh mangoes to processing line. Additionally, the unloading platform has another feature that allows you to pre-wash fresh mangoes before processing.
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
Before crushing, fresh fruit should be thoroughly washed. For washing, you can use both the bubble washing machine and the brush and spray washing machine. Additional cleaning steps can be added if cleaning requirements are high. In addition, ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning can be added to improve the cleaning effect.
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
The Mango Pitter operates at a speed of 1470 RPM to shred fresh mangoes and thoroughly clean all mango seeds and skins. This significantly reduces waste and improves pulp yield. The core is shipped offsite and the dough is sent to the next stage.
The preheater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step would help increase the juice rate for the next step and could also protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
This machine also operates at a speed of 1470 rpm, creating centrifugal force which forces the product through the screen and helps finish the product. I usually use its two stages of pulper and refiner. The sieves for each stage are different. The sieve is larger on the first floor and smaller on the second floor. A two-stage digester, which increases the yield of tomato paste, can reach 60-75%. After defrosting, separate the tomato skins and seeds from the tomato paste. The machine works with large capacity and stable performance. The sieve can be replaced and is easy to use. Suitable for a variety of fruits such as passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes and apples.
8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.
Mango pulp puree use tube in tube sterilizer. Sterilization temperature and holding time are adjustable. In this machine, the tomato paste is heated to a very high temperature of around 115°C, held for 30 seconds and then immediately cooled to room temperature. In this way, the tomato paste test and nutrients can be protected as much as possible. The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system adopts a human-machine image interface capable of intuitively apprehending the operating state of each component of the device.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine works with the tube-in-tube type sterilizer. It is a closed cycle. Before production, the cycle will be fully sterilized to ensure the aseptic environment. And the filling cavity is also steam-protected to ensure that the filling environment is also aseptic. Security - providing multiple methods of security. 11. Storage or go blending
The finished product can be stored or used as the raw material to make the tomato sauce or ketchup.
