1. Discharge platform

When fresh mangoes arrive, they usually use large trucks. If they are unloaded by express delivery, it will be very difficult. So we designed an unloading platform and used water guns to unload the fresh mangoes from the truck, we also used water to transport the fresh mangoes to the production line. The unloading platform also has a function to pre-wash fresh mangoes before processing.

 

2. Elevator

This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.

3. Washing

Fresh fruit should be washed thoroughly before chopping. You can use a foam sink as well as a brush and spray for cleaning. If cleaning requirements are high, the number of cleaning steps can be increased. In addition, in order to enhance the cleaning effect, ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning can be added.

4. Sorting

The surface of the cleaned fruit is clean, the human eye can check the condition of all the fruit, and the bad tomatoes can be sorted manually.

5. Destoning

The mango pitter runs at 1470 rpm and grinds fresh mangoes to ensure thorough cleaning of all mango pits and peels. This can significantly reduce waste and increase cellulose yield. The core is pumped out of the mill and the pulp is pumped to the next stage.

6. Preheating

The preheater is used to heat the product after the crusher, and the temperature is usually adjustable between 45°C and 85°C. This processing step helps to increase the juice yield in the next step and also preserves the color and taste of the final product.

7. Pulper and refiner

The machine also runs at 1470 r/min, creating centrifugal force and allowing the product to pass through the screen, helping to refine the product. Usually we use a double stage of pulper and refiner. The screens in each stage are different: the first stage has a larger screen, and the second stage has a smaller screen. The tomato pulp output rate of the two-stage beater can reach 60%-75%. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp. The machine has large running capacity and stable performance. Simple operation and replaceable screen. Suitable for all kinds of fruits such as passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes and apples.

8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal

The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.

9. Sterilizing

Use a tube-in-tube sterilizer for mango pulp puree. Sterilization temperature and retention time are adjustable. The machine keeps the ketchup at a high temperature of around 115°C for 30 seconds, then immediately cools it down to ambient temperature. This method also tests ketchup to preserve nutrients as much as possible. The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system adopts an image man-machine interface, which is convenient for intuitively grasping the running status of each component of the equipment.

10. Aseptic Filling

An aseptic filling machine is a tube sterilizer that works with tubes. This is a closed loop. Before manufacturing, the cycle is fully sterilized to ensure a sterile environment. The filling chamber is also steam protected to ensure that the filling environment is also sterile. Security - Provides multiple security methods. Mirror welding technology is adopted to ensure neat and smooth welds. Another control panel. CIP and automatic SIP can be used with the sterilizer. 11. Storage or go blending

The finished product can be stored or used as the raw material to make the tomato sauce or ketchup.

12. Mixing and blending

The mixing and blending system is used to mix ketchup or pulp with water, sugar and charcoal according to the recipe. Tomato paste or fruit concentrate in sterile bucket bags can be removed and repackaged during the dry season to ensure continuous production.
