1. Discharge platform
When fresh mangoes arrive, it is usually difficult to unload them with a large truck. So we design a discharge platform, use water guns to discharge the fresh mangoes from the truck, and use water to feed the fresh mangoes to the processing line. Also, the discharge platform has another function, which allows you to pre-wash the fresh mangoes before processing.
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
Before crushing, fresh fruit should be washed carefully. For washing, you can use both the bubble washing machine and the brush and spray washing machine. Additional stages of cleaning can be added if cleaning requirements are high. In addition, ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning can be added to enhance the cleaning effect.
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
The mango destoner is running with speed of 1470 r/min to crush fresh mango to make sure all the mango cores and peals are fully cleaned, which can greatly reduce the waste and improve the pulp yield. The cores will be sent outside factory, and the pulp will be pumped to next step.
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
This machine is also running at a speed of 1470 r/min, which creates centrifugal force and pushes the product through the screen to refine the product. We usually use his two stages, Pulper and Refiner, but each stage has a different screen, with a larger screen in the first stage and a smaller screen in the second stage. Double stage pulping machine for tomato pulp yield can reach 60%~75%. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp. The machine works with large capacity and stable performance. Easy to operate and replace sieves. 8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.
For mango pulp puree we use the tube in tube type sterilizer for sterilizing. The sterilizing temperature and holding time is adjustable. With this machine, we will heat the tomato paste to a very high temperature around 115℃ holding for 30s and then cooling to ambient temperature immediately. This way also can protect the test and nutrients of tomato paste as much as possible. The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system adopts the image man-machine interface, which is convenient for intuitively grasping the operating status of each component of the device.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine works with a tube-in-tube type sterilizer. It's a closed cycle. Prior to production, the cycle is fully sterilized to ensure a sterile environment. Also ensure that the filling cavity is also vapor protected and the filling environment is sterile. Security - Provides several security methods. 11. Storage or go blending
