From Mango to Shelf-Stable Puree – Complete Aseptic Line
The Mango Pulp Production Line is designed for processing fresh mangoes into thick, fiber-rich puree used in yogurt, ice cream, smoothies, and bakery fillings. The line includes washing, sorting, peeling, pulping, refining, sterilization, and aseptic filling. A twin-stage pulper removes fibers and unwanted particles while retaining natural mango flavor and color. The flash pasteurization system ensures microbial safety without compromising taste. Final product is aseptic bag-in-drum filled at 28 to 32 Brix. Capacity ranges from 500 kg to 10 tons per hour. All contact parts are stainless steel 304, meeting food hygiene standards. The system is fully automated with PLC control and recipe storage. Ideal for mango processing plants supplying the dairy and confectionery industries.
