1. Raw Material Preparation

Sorting conveyor with inspection platform – removes unripe or damaged mangoes

Roller or brush washing machine – removes dirt, spray residue, and field heat

Blanching unit (85-95°C) – inactivates enzymes to prevent browning and preserve color

2. Pulping & Juicing System

Hammer crusher or rasping machine – breaks down mango flesh and fibers

Double-stage finisher (0.6mm + 0.4mm sieves) – separates peel, fiber, and seeds from puree

Refiner for ultra-fine texture – ideal for drinking juice or baby food

Optional: Enzymatic treatment for clear mango juice

3. Concentration (Optional)

Multi-effect vacuum evaporator – concentrates puree from 12-14°Brix to 28-30°Brix

Aroma recovery system available

4. Sterilization & Aseptic Filling System

Scraped surface heat exchanger or tubular sterilizer – handles high-viscosity mango puree

UHT sterilization (121°C / 5-15 seconds) – kills microorganisms while retaining flavor, color, and nutrients

Aseptic bag filling machine – for 200L drums, 1000L bin, or 5-25L bag-in-box

Cooling system – rapidly cools product to room temperature before filling
