Our complete citrus processing plant provides everything you need to transform fresh oranges, lemons, grapefruits, and other citrus fruits into high-quality juice, puree, and lemonade. The fully integrated line covers washing, juicing, sterilization, and filling in one seamless turnkey solution.

The process begins with our brush roller washing system that removes dirt, wax, and surface residues while preserving the fruit's essential oils. For citrus, we offer specialized extractors that separate juice, oil, and peel in a single pass, maximizing yield and capturing valuable by-products.

The extracted juice passes through a finisher to remove seeds and excess pulp. For puree production, we retain more pulp fiber. For clear lemonade or orange juice, a centrifuge or membrane filtration system produces crystal clear results.

Our tubular UHT sterilization system heats the juice to 121 degrees Celsius for 5 to 15 seconds, eliminating all harmful microorganisms while preserving natural flavor, vitamin C, and color. The vacuum deaeration tank removes dissolved oxygen to prevent oxidation and browning during storage.

The aseptic filling line supports PET bottles, glass bottles, cans, and bag-in-drum packaging. The complete system includes CIP automatic cleaning and is constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel with CE certification.
