1. Discharge platform

When fresh tomatoes come, they usually use large trucks. If it is unloaded by people, it will be very difficult. So we designed the unloading platform to unload the fresh fruit/tomatoes from the truck using water cannons and also use water to bring the fresh fruit/tomatoes to the processing line. The unloading platform also has a function to pre-wash fresh fruit/tomato before processing.

 

2. Elevator

This machine is used to delivery fresh fruit from outside the building to inside.

3. Washing

Wash fresh fruit carefully before crushing. For washing, we can use both foam washing machines and spray washing machines. If washing requirements are high, more wash stages can be added. In order to get better cleaning effect, we can also add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.

4. Sorting

After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.

5. Crushing for tomato processing

GFM-FC series crusher has the most advanced working principle, higher manufacturing precision and best crushing function. It is mainly used for the crushing of various fruits or vegetables, such as: tomatoes, apples, pears, strawberries, celery, etc. It can crush the raw materials into small particles and increase the working effect of the next process. The machine consists of feeding hopper, side cover, frame, main shaft, bearing seat, motor, motor structure, exhaust hopper, etc.

6. Preheating

The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.

7. Pulper and refiner

The machine also spins at 1470 rpm, creating centrifugal force through which the product will pass through a sieve, helping to refine the product. Usually, we use two stages of pulper and refiner. The screen of each stage is different. The screen of the first stage is larger, and the screen of the second stage is smaller. The tomato pulp output of the two-stage beater can reach 90%~95%. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp. The machine has a large workload and stable performance; it is easy to operate and replace the screen; it is suitable for a variety of fruits, including passion fruit, tomato, peach, apricot, mango, apple, etc.;

8. Evaporating

Vacuum evaporators are used to concentrate ketchup under vacuum and at low temperature. Here we use a forced circulation vacuum evaporator. Because it's under vacuum and low temperature, flavor and nutrition will be preserved as much as possible. Now we evaporate the water from the tomato pulp and get a tomato paste, usually 28-30% Brix and 36-38% Brix.

9. Sterilizing

For ketchup, we use a tube-in-tube sterilizer for sterilization. Sterilization temperature and storage time are adjustable. With this machine, we heat the ketchup to a high temperature of around 115°C for 30 seconds, then immediately cool to ambient temperature. In this way, the test and nutrition of the ketchup can also be protected as much as possible. The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system adopts the image of human-machine interface, which is convenient to intuitively understand the running status of each part of the equipment.

10. Aseptic Filling

Aseptic filling machines are used in conjunction with in-tube sterilizers. This is a closed loop. The cycle is fully sterilized before production to ensure a sterile environment. And the filling cavity is also protected by steam to ensure that the filling environment is also sterile. Security - Provides multiple security methods. Mirror welding technology is adopted to ensure neat and smooth welds. Separate control panel. CIP and automatic SIP can be used with the sterilizer. Easy to adapt to sterile bags of different volumes and sizes.

11. Storage or go blending
