6. Preheating

7. Pulper and refiner

8. Evaporating

9. Sterilizing

For tomato paste, a pipe-in-pipe type sterilizer is used. Sterilization temperature and holding time are adjustable. This machine keeps the tomato paste at a very high temperature of about 115°C for 30 seconds and immediately cools it down to ambient temperature. This way you can also test the tomato paste and protect the nutrients as much as possible. The entire system uses programmable controls. 10. Aseptic Filling
