Mango processing line can produce from fresh mango to different kinds of the final product. The popular products like mango pulp, mango puree, mango concentrate paste, mango sauce, mango juice, mango beverage processing line, which produce from fresh mango to the final product with the aseptic bag in drum.
The processing line mainly includes fresh mango receiving system, washing system, sorting system, destoning removing system, pre-heating system, pulping and refining system, filtration system, concentrating system, sterilizing system, and aseptic filling system. Key process of the mango processing line
Now Shanghai Gofun machinery company will introduce the information of mango pulp puree or mango paste concentrate processing line to show it works.
1. Discharge platform
When fresh mango comes, normally with big trucks, if discharge by labor, it would be very difficult. So, we design the discharge platform and use water gun to discharge fresh mango from truck, also use water to deliver fresh mango to the processing line.
2. Elevator
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
3. Washing
Before crushing, need to washing fresh fruit carefully. For washing, we can use the bubble washing machine and brush & spray washing machine together.
4. Sorting
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
5. Destoning
The mango destoner is running with speed of 1470 r/min to crush fresh mango to make sure all the mango cores and peals are fully cleaned, which can greatly reduce the waste and improve the pulp yield.
6. Preheating
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
This machine is also running with the speed of 1470 r/min, it causes the centrifugal force and the product will go through screen, which helps to refine the product. And normally we use double stage of pulper and refiner, the screen of each stage is different, for the first stage the screen would be bigger, and for the second stage the screen would be smaller. The double stage pulping machine for tomato pulp yield rate can reach 60%~75%.
8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.
9. Sterilizing
For mango pulp puree we use the tube in tube type sterilizer for sterilizing. The sterilizing temperature and holding time is adjustable.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine works together with the tube in tube type sterilizer. It’s a closed cycle. Before production, the cycle will be fully sterilized to make sure the aseptic environment. And the filling cavity is also protected by steam to make sure the filling environment is also aseptic.
11. Storage or go blending
The finished product can be stored or used as the raw material to make the tomato sauce or ketchup.
12. Mixing and blending
The mixing and blending system is used for the mixing of the tomato paste or fruit pulp with water, sugar, cinder according to their formula. The tomato paste or fruit concentrate in the aseptic bag in drum can be taken out during the dry season for repacking to ensure continuous production.
13. Degassing & Homogenizing
Degassing machine is used to remove the bubbles and airs in the fruit pulp or mixed product. Homogenizer in food processing means to refine the material under the triple action of extrusion, strong impact and pressure loss expansion.
14. Pasteurizing
Kill the bacterial of the mixed product and improve the shelf-life.
15. Different packages filling system
For weighing, filling, sealing of the final package.
16. Water Spray or Immersion Pasteurizing and Cooling
Water immersion type sterilizer is a pasteurization equipment specially designed for the filling or packaging of dairy products, juices, beverages, beer, food, condiments, medicines and other products. It is the ideal equipment for materials to achieve the purpose of extending shelf life through sterilization, heat preservation and cooling, especially the secondary sterilization equipment necessary for automated production lines.
17. Air drying
Dry the metal can or sachet bag after the pasteurization.
18. Date printing
Print the production time or batch number on the can or bottle
