1. Discharge platform
When fresh mango comes, it's usually a heavy truck, and it's very difficult when it's discharged by labor. So we design a drainage platform, use a water gun to drain fresh mango from the truck, and use water to deliver the fresh mango to the processing line. In addition, the discharge platform has another feature that allows you to pre-clean fresh mangoes before processing.
2. Elevator
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
3. Washing
Fresh fruits should be washed carefully before being crushed. For cleaning, you can use both a bubble washer and a brush & spray washer. If the cleaning requirements are high, you can increase the number of stages of cleaning. In addition, ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning can be added to enhance the cleaning effect.
4. Sorting
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
5. Destoning

6. Preheating

7. Pulper and refiner
This machine also operates at a speed of 1470 r / min, which creates centrifugal force and allows the product to pass through the screen, helping to refine the product. And usually we use a double stage of pulper and refiner. The screens for each stage are different: the first stage has a larger screen and the second stage has a smaller screen. The two-stage pulping machine for the yield rate of tomato pulp can reach 60% -75%. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp. 8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal

9. Sterilizing
Mango pulp puree uses a tube-in-tube type sterilizer. Sterilization temperature and retention time are adjustable. This machine holds the tomato paste at a very high temperature of around 115 ° C for 30 seconds and immediately cools it to ambient temperature. This method can also test tomato paste and protect nutrients as much as possible. The entire system employs programmable controls. 10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine is a tube-type sterilizer that works with the tube. It is a closed cycle. Prior to manufacture, the cycle is completely sterilized to ensure a sterile environment.
