Key process of the mango processing line

1. Discharge platform
When fresh mangoes arrive, they are usually heavy trucks, and it is very difficult to unload them manually. So we designed a drainage platform that uses water cannons to drain the fresh mangoes from the truck, and then uses the water to send the fresh mangoes to the processing line. In addition, the unloading platform has another function that allows you to pre-clean fresh mangoes before processing.
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
Fresh fruit should be washed carefully before crushing. For cleaning, you can use both a foam washer and a brush and spray washer. If cleaning requirements are high, the number of cleaning stages can be increased. In addition, ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning can be added to enhance the cleaning effect.
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
The mango pitting machine runs at 1470r/min and grinds fresh mangoes to ensure that all mango pits and peels are thoroughly cleaned. This can significantly reduce waste and increase pulp yield. The core is pumped out of the mill and the pulp is pumped to the next step.
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
The machine also runs at 1470 r/min, which generates centrifugal force and allows the product to pass through the screen, helping to refine the product. Usually we use a double stage of pulper and refiner. The screens in each stage are different: the first stage has a larger screen, and the second stage has a smaller screen. The tomato pulp output rate of the two-stage beater can reach 60%-75%. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp. The machine has large running capacity and stable performance. Simple operation and replaceable screen. Suitable for all kinds of fruits such as passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes and apples.
8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.
Use a tube-in-tube sterilizer for mango pulp puree. Sterilization temperature and retention time are adjustable. The machine keeps the ketchup at a high temperature of around 115°C for 30 seconds, then immediately cools it down to ambient temperature. This method also tests ketchup to preserve nutrients as much as possible. The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system adopts an image man-machine interface, which is convenient for intuitively grasping the running status of each component of the equipment.
10. Aseptic Filling
An aseptic filling machine is a tube sterilizer that works with tubes. This is a closed loop. Before manufacturing, the cycle is fully sterilized to ensure a sterile environment. The filling chamber is also steam protected to ensure that the filling environment is also sterile. Security - Provides multiple security methods. Mirror welding technology is adopted to ensure neat and smooth welds. Another control panel. CIP and automatic SIP can be used with the sterilizer. Easily adjusts to fit sterile bags of different capacities and sizes.
11. Storage or go blending
The finished product can be stored or used as the raw material to make the tomato sauce or ketchup.
12. Mixing and blending
The mixing and blending system is used to mix ketchup or pulp with water, sugar and charcoal according to the recipe. Tomato paste or fruit concentrate in sterile bucket bags can be removed and repackaged during the dry season to ensure continued production.
13. Degassing & Homogenizing
Degassers are used to remove air bubbles and air from pulp or mixed products. The homogenizer in food processing refers to refining the material through three functions of extrusion, strong impact and pressure drop expansion, so that the material can be mixed more uniformly.
