1. Discharge platform
When fresh mangoes usually arrive on heavy trucks, it is very difficult to unload by labor. So we design an unloading platform, use a water gun to unload fresh mangoes from the truck, and use water to deliver the fresh mangoes to the processing line. In addition, the unloading platform has another feature that allows you to pre-clean fresh mangoes before processing.
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
Before crushing, need to washing fresh fruit carefully. For washing, we can use the bubble washing machine and brush & spray washing machine together. If the washing requirement is high, more stages of washing can be added. Also, for a better cleaning effect, we can add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
The mango pitter runs at a speed of 1470 rpm to shred fresh mango to ensure that all mango pits and peel are completely cleaned, which can greatly reduce waste and improve pulp yield. The cores are shipped off-site and the pulp is pumped to the next step.
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
This machine also operates at a speed of 1470 rpm, generating centrifugal force and allowing the product to pass through the sieve and contribute to the finish of the product. And usually we use a double stage of pulper and refiner. The sieve for each stage is different. The first stage has a larger sieve and the second stage has a smaller sieve. The two-step digester to increase the yield of tomato paste can reach 60% to 75%. After thawing, separate the tomato skin and seeds from the tomato paste. The machine operates with high capacity and stable performance. It is easy to use and the sieve can be replaced. Suitable for a variety of fruits such as passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes and apples.
8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.
Mango pulp puree uses a tube-in-tube sterilizer. Sterilization temperature and retention time are adjustable. In this machine, the tomato paste is heated to a very high temperature of about 115 ° C, held for 30 seconds and then immediately cooled to ambient temperature. In this way, tomato paste testing and nutrients can be protected as much as possible. The entire system employs programmable controls. The operating system uses an image man-machine interface that is suitable for intuitively detecting the operational status of each component of the device.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine works together with the tube in tube type sterilizer. It’s a closed cycle. Before production, the cycle will be fully sterilized to make sure the aseptic environment.
