1. Discharge platform

When fresh mangoes come, they usually come in big trucks, and it would be very difficult if workers unloaded them. So we designed the unloading platform to unload the fresh mangoes from the truck using water cannons, and also use water to send the fresh mangoes to the processing line. The unloading platform also has a function to pre-wash fresh mangoes before processing.

 

2. Elevator

This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.

3. Washing

Fresh fruit must be carefully washed before chopping. For washing we can use a foam washer along with a brush and spray washer. If wash demand is high, more wash stages can be added. In order to get better cleaning effect, we can also add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.

4. Sorting

After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.

5. Destoning

The mango destoner is running with speed of 1470 r/min to crush fresh mango to make sure all the mango cores and peals are fully cleaned, which can greatly reduce the waste and improve the pulp yield. The cores will be sent outside factory, and the pulp will be pumped to next step.

6. Preheating

The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.

7. Pulper and refiner

The machine also runs at 1470 rpm, which creates centrifugal force that pushes the product through a sieve, helping to refine the product. And usually we use two stages of pulper and refiner, each stage has different screens, the first stage has a larger screen, and the second stage has a smaller screen. The output of the two-stage pulper for tomato paste can reach 60% to 75%. After pulping, the tomato skins and seeds are separated from the tomato paste. The machine has a large workload and stable performance; easy to use and replace the screen; suitable for many different types of fruits, including passion fruit, tomato, peach, apricot, mango, apple, etc.;

8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal

The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.

9. Sterilizing

For the mango puree puree, we use a tube-in-tube sterilizer for sterilization. Sterilization temperature and holding time are adjustable. Using this machine, we heat the ketchup to a high temperature of around 115ºC for 30 seconds, then immediately cool down to ambient temperature. In this way, the test and nutritional content of the ketchup can also be protected as much as possible. The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system adopts an image man-machine interface, which is suitable for intuitively grasping the running status of each component of the equipment.

10. Aseptic Filling

Aseptic filling machines are used in conjunction with tube-in-tube sterilizers. This is a closed loop. The cycle is fully sterilized before production to ensure a sterile environment. The filling space is also protected by steam to ensure that the filling environment is sterile.
