Key process of the mango processing line

1. Discharge platform
When fresh mangoes arrive, usually large trucks, manual unloading can be difficult. So we designed the unloading platform to unload the fresh mangoes from the truck using water cannons, and we also use water to transport the fresh mangoes to the processing line. And there is also an unloading platform function to pre-wash fresh mangoes before processing.
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
You need to wash the fresh fruit carefully before crushing. When washing, we can use a foam washer along with a brush and spray washer. If wash demand is high, more wash steps can be added. In addition, for better cleaning effect, we can add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
The mango peeling machine runs at a speed of 1470r/min to crush fresh mangoes to ensure that the mango pits and peels are completely clean, which can greatly reduce waste and increase pulp output. The core will be shipped out of the mill and the pulp will be pumped to the next step.
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
The machine also runs at a speed of 1470r/min, so that the centrifugal force and the product pass through the screen, which is beneficial to the refinement of the product. Usually we use two-stage pulper and refiner, the screen of each stage is different, the screen of the first stage is larger, and the screen of the second stage is smaller. The tomato pulp yield of the two-stage pulper can reach 60% to 75%. After beating, the tomato skin and seeds will be separated from the tomato pulp. The machine has a large workload and stable performance; it is easy to operate and replace the screen; it is suitable for a variety of fruits, including passion fruit, tomato, peach, apricot, mango, apple, etc.;
8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.
For the mango puree puree, we use a tube-in-tube sterilizer for sterilization. Sterilization temperature and retention time are adjustable. Using this machine, we heat the ketchup to a high temperature of around 115°C for 30 seconds, then immediately cool to room temperature. This way you can also protect the nutritional content of the test and tomato paste as much as possible. The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system adopts an image man-machine interface, which is convenient and intuitive to understand the running status of each equipment component.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine works together with the tube in tube type sterilizer. It’s a closed cycle. Before production, the cycle will be fully sterilized to make sure the aseptic environment. And the filling cavity is also protected by steam to make sure the filling environment is also aseptic. Safety - providing several security methods.
