Key process of the mango processing line
Now Shanghai Gofun machinery company will introduce the information of mango pulp puree or mango paste concentrate processing line to show it works.
1. Discharge platform
When fresh mango arrives, usually with large trucks, unloading by labor would be very difficult. So we designed the unloading platform and used water gun to unload fresh mango from the truck, we also use water to deliver fresh mango to the processing line. And there is another function of unloading platform, it can pre-wash fresh mango before processing.
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
Before crushing, you need to wash fresh fruits carefully. For washing, we can use bubble washing machine and brush and spray washing machine together. If the washing need is high, more washing steps can be added. Also, for better cleaning effect, we can add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
The mango peeler is running at 1470r/min speed to crush fresh mango to ensure all the mango pits and skins are fully clean, which can greatly reduce waste and improve pulp yield. The cores will be shipped out of the factory, and the pulp will be pumped to the next step.
The preheater is used to heat the product after the crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step would help to increase the juice rate for the next step and can also protect the color and flavor of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
This machine is also running at the speed of 1470r/min, this makes the centrifugal force and the product pass through the sieve, which helps to refine the product. And normally we use double stage pulper and refiner, the sieve of each stage is different, for the first stage the sieve would be bigger, and for the second stage the sieve would be smaller. The double stage pulping machine for tomato pulp yield rate can reach 60%~75%. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds will be separated from the tomato pulp. The machine works with high capacity and stable performance; Easy to operate and change the sieves; Suitable for many different kinds of fruit including passion fruit, tomato, peach, apricot, mango, apple and etc.;
8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.
For mango pulp puree, we use tube in tube type sterilizer for sterilization. Sterilization temperature and retention time are adjustable. With this machine, we will heat the tomato paste to a very high temperature around 115℃ holding for 30s and then cooling to room temperature immediately. This way you can also protect the test and the nutrients of the tomato paste as much as possible. The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system adopts image human-machine interface, which is convenient to intuitively understand the operating status of each device component.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine works together with the tube-in-tube sterilizer. It's a closed cycle. Before production, the cycle will be fully sterilized to ensure aseptic environment. And the filling cavity is also protected by steam to ensure that the filling environment is also aseptic. Security - providing various security methods. Using mirror welding technology to ensure a neat and smooth welding line. Separate control panel. CIP and auto SIP available with the sterilizer. Easy to adjust to match different volumes and sizes of aseptic bags.
11. Storage or go blending
The finished product can be stored or used as the raw material to make the tomato sauce or ketchup.
12. Mixing and blending
Mixing and mixing system is used to mix tomato paste or fruit pulp with water, sugar, ash according to its formula. The tomato paste or fruit concentrate in the drum aseptic bag can be taken out during the dry season for repackaging to ensure continuous production.
13. Degassing & Homogenizing
The degassing machine is used to remove the bubbles and air in the fruit pulp or mixed product. Homogenizer in food processing means refining the material under the triple action of extrusion, strong impact and pressure loss expansion, so that materials can be mixed together more evenly.
