Product description of the mango processing line
Mango processing lines can produce different types of finished products from fresh mangoes. Popular products such as mango pulp, mango puree, mango concentrate, mango paste, mango juice, mango beverage processing line from fresh mango to final product are packaged aseptically in drums.
The processing line mainly includes fresh mango receiving system, cleaning system, sorting system, stone removing system, preheating system, cellulose preparation and refining system, filtration system, a concentration system, a sterilization system and an aseptic filling system. Then we can get the final product in aseptic packaging in drums.
Mango puree in aseptic barrel bag can further be made into mango juice, sauce drink and packed in bags, metal cans, aluminum cans, PP containers, plastic bottles, glass jars, pine nuts, etc.
