1. Discharge platform

3. Washing
Fresh fruits must be thoroughly washed before mashing. For cleaning you can use a lather and brush and cleaning spray together. If there is a great need for cleaning, additional cleaning components will be added. For better cleaning, we can also combine ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.
4. Sorting

5. Destoning
The mango grinder runs at 1470 rpm to crush the fresh mangoes so that all the mango textures and skins are completely clean, significantly reducing waste and improving pulp yields. The drives are removed from the factory and the pulp is pushed to the next step.
6. Preheating
The heater is used to heat the product after the crusher, the temperature can be adjusted, usually from 45 ℃ to 85. This processing process increases the water rate for subsequent processing and also preserves the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
The machine also operates at 1470 rpm, so the centrifugal force and the product flow through the sieve, which is ideal for refining the products. Usually we use a two -stage pan and frying pan, each batch has a different wait, the first batch has a higher wait, the second batch has a lower wait. The yield of mango pulp in a two-phase pulper can be as high as 60% to 75%. After whipping, the skin and seeds of the mango are separated from the mango pulp. 8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal

9. Sterilizing
We use a tube-in-tube cleaner for sterilization on the mango puree. Temperature and residence time can be adjusted. 10. Aseptic Filling
