Key process of the mango processing line

1. Discharge platform
When fresh mango arrive, usually on large trucks, manual unloading will be very difficult. So we designed the unloading platform and used the water gun to unload the fresh mango from the truck. We also use water to deliver fresh mango to the production line. And there is another function of the unloading platform, it can pre-wash the fresh mango before processing.
2. Elevator
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
3. Washing
Wash fresh fruit thoroughly before chopping. For washing, we can use bubble washing machine and brush and spray washing machine together. If the wash demand is high, additional wash steps can be added. Also for better cleaning effect, we can add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.
4. Sorting
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
5. Destoning
The mango peeling machine runs at 1470rpm to grind fresh mango to ensure that all the mango pits and skins are completely clean, which can greatly reduce waste and increase pulp yield. The cores will be sent from the plant and the pulp will be pumped to the next stage.
6. Preheating
The preheater is used to heat the product after the crusher, the temperature is adjustable, usually from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step will help increase the amount of juice for the next step, and can also protect the color and flavor of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
This machine also runs at 1470 rpm, which forces the centrifugal force and the product to pass through the sieve, which helps to clean the product. And usually we use two-stage pulper and refiner, the sieve of each stage is different, the sieve for the first stage will be larger, and the sieve for the second stage will be smaller. The output of two-stage tomato pulp making machine can reach 60-75%. After boiling, the tomato peel and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp. 8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.
9. Sterilizing
For mango pulp puree, we use tube type sterilizer for sterilization. Sterilization temperature and holding time are adjustable. With this machine, we will heat the tomato paste to a very high temperature of about 115℃, holding for 30 seconds, and then immediately cooling to room temperature. In this way, you can also protect the dough and nutrients of the tomato paste as much as possible. The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system uses a human-machine interface of the image, which is convenient for intuitively understanding the working status of each component of the device.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine works together with the tube-in-tube sterilizer. It's a closed cycle. Before production, the cycle will be fully sterilized to ensure aseptic environment. And the filling cavity is also protected by steam to ensure that the filling environment is also aseptic. Security - providing various security methods. 11. Storage or go blending
The finished product can be stored or used as the raw material to make the tomato sauce or ketchup.
12. Mixing and blending
Mixing and mixing system is used to mix tomato paste or fruit pulp with water, sugar, ash according to its formula. The tomato paste or fruit concentrate in the drum aseptic bag can be taken out during the dry season for repackaging to ensure continuous production.
13. Degassing & Homogenizing
The degassing machine is used to remove the bubbles and air in the fruit pulp or mixed product. Homogenizer in food processing means refining the material under the triple action of extrusion, strong impact and pressure loss expansion, so that materials can be mixed together more evenly.
14. Pasteurizing
