Key process of the mango processing line

1. Discharge platform
When fresh mango comes, it's usually a heavy truck, and it's very difficult if it's discharged by labor. So we design a drainage platform, use a water gun to drain fresh mangoes from the truck, and use water to deliver the fresh mangoes to the processing line. In addition, the discharge platform has another feature that allows you to pre-clean fresh mangoes before processing.
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
Fresh fruits should be washed carefully before being crushed. For cleaning, you can use both a bubble washer and a brush & spray washer. If the cleaning requirements are high, you can increase the number of stages of cleaning. In addition, ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning can be added to enhance the cleaning effect.
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
The mango destoner runs at a speed of 1470 r / min and grinds fresh mango to make sure all mango cores and peels are thoroughly cleaned. This can significantly reduce waste and improve pulp yields. The core is pumped out of the factory and the pulp is pumped to the next step.
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
This machine also operates at a speed of 1470 r / min, which creates centrifugal force and allows the product to pass through the screen, helping to refine the product. And usually we use a double stage of pulper and refiner. The screens for each stage are different: the first stage has a larger screen and the second stage has a smaller screen. Two-stage pulp making machines for tomato pulp can reach 60% -75%. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp. The machine operates with high capacity and stable performance. It is easy to operate and the sieve can be replaced. Suitable for a wide variety of fruits such as passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes and apples.
8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.
Mango pulp puree is sterilized using a tube-in-tube type sterilizer. Sterilization temperature and retention time are adjustable. Using this machine, the tomato paste is held at a very high temperature of around 115 ° C for 30 seconds and immediately cooled to ambient temperature. This method can also test tomato paste and protect nutrients as much as possible. The entire system employs programmable control. The operating system employs an image man-machine interface that is convenient for intuitively grasping the operating status of each component of the device.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine works together with the tube in tube type sterilizer. It’s a closed cycle. Before production, the cycle will be fully sterilized to make sure the aseptic environment.
