1. Discharge platform
When fresh apples arrive, they are usually unloaded by large trucks. 2. Elevator
This machine is used to delivery fresh apple from outside the building to inside.
3. Washing
Before removing the skin and seeds from fresh apples, the fresh fruit must be carefully washed. Additional stages of cleaning can be added if cleaning requirements are high. In addition, ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning can be added to enhance the cleaning effect.
4. Sorting
After washing, the surface of apple is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad apples by human.
5. Crushing

6. Preheating

9. Sterilizing

10. Aseptic Filling
