1. Discharge platform
When new mangoes arrive, it becomes very difficult to deliver them with large trucks. There is also another feature of shrinkage that allows pre-cleaning of fresh fruit before processing.

Fresh fruit should be washed well before mashing. For cleaning, you can use foam, brush and cleaning spray together. Additional cleaning ingredients are added for high cleaning needs. For better cleaning, you can also combine ultrasonic and ozone cleaning.

7. Pulper and refiner
The machine also operates at 1470 rpm, so the centrifugal force and the product flow through the sieve, which is ideal for refining the products. Usually we use a two -stage pan and frying pan, each batch has a different wait, the first batch has a higher wait, the second batch has a lower wait. The yield of mango pulp in a two-phase pulper can be as high as 60% to 75%. After whipping, the skin and seeds of the mango are separated from the mango pulp. 8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
