1. Discharge platform

3. Washing

4. Sorting

5. Destoning

The mango stone picker runs at 1470 rpm and crushes fresh mangoes so that every mango core and skin is completely removed. This can significantly reduce waste and improve pulp yield. The core is pumped offsite and the slurry is pumped to the next stage.

6. Preheating

The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.

7. Pulper and refiner

This machine also runs at 1470 rpm, creating centrifugal force and sieving the product. This will help clean the product. Normally, a two-stage pulper and refiner is used, but the sieves in each stage are different, a large sieve is used in the first stage and a small sieve in the second stage. The output of two stage tomato pulp machine can be as high as 60-75%. After boiling, separate the tomato skin and seeds from the tomato pulp. 8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal

9. Sterilizing

Sterilize mango pulp puree with a tubular sterilizer. Sterilization temperature and holding time are adjustable. In this machine, the tomato paste is heated to a very high temperature of about 115°C, held for 30 seconds and then immediately cooled to ambient temperature. This method can also protect the tomato paste dough and nutrients as much as possible.The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system uses a human-machine display interface, which is convenient for intuitively understanding the working status of each component of the device.

10. Aseptic Filling
