Product description of the mango processing line
The processing lines for mangoes have the capability to create a variety of end products from fresh mangoes. These popular products include mango pulp, mango puree, mango concentrate, mango paste, mango juice, and mango drinks. The processing lines offer different packaging options, starting from fresh mangoes and reaching the final packaged products.
The mango processing line consists of several essential stages. It begins with a modern mango extraction system, followed by a cleaning system, distribution system, denuclearization system, preheating system, cellulose preparation and purification system, filtration system, concentration system, disinfection system, and sterile packaging system. Once the mango product has undergone processing and packaging, it can be placed into sterile baskets and loaded onto a tumbler for distribution.
Mango puree can be produced using mangoes and further processed into various products such as mango juice, sauce, and drinks. The final product can be packaged in a range of aseptic containers, including bags, baskets, metal bottles, aluminum bottles, PP bottles, plastic bottles, glass bottles, and even pine nut packaging. This flexibility allows for the mango puree to be stored and distributed in different ways, catering to the needs of diverse markets and consumers.
