Key process of the mango processing line

1. Discharge platform
We have developed a specialized drainage platform with water guns that simplifies the unloading of raw mangoes from trucks, while also offering the capability to pre-wash the mangoes, enhancing the efficiency of our production line.
2. Elevator
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
3. Washing
Thorough washing of fresh fruits is essential prior to the crushing process. Our cleaning methods include the use of bubble washers and brush & spray washers. For clients with higher cleaning standards, additional cleaning stages can be added. Furthermore, we offer optional ultrasonic and ozone cleaning methods to enhance the cleaning efficacy of our process.
4. Sorting
After the washing process, our staff visually inspects all fruits to identify any defects, ensuring that only high-quality fruits are used in our production line, guaranteeing the quality and safety of our final products.
5. Destoning
Our mango remover operates at a speed of 1470 r/min, effectively crushing the fresh mango to ensure that both the core and skin are thoroughly cleaned. This process minimizes waste and maximizes pulp yield, resulting in a more efficient and cost-effective production process. The core is extracted from the mill and the pulp is pumped to the next stage of the production line.
6. Preheating
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
Operating at a speed of 1470 r/min, this machine generates centrifugal force, facilitating the passage of the product through the screen and aiding in the refinement process. It is versatile and suitable for a wide range of fruits, including passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes, and apples. The machine's adjustable speed and centrifugal force contribute to efficient and effective refinement, ensuring high-quality output for various fruit types.
8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.
9. Sterilizing
In our mango processing line, we prioritize the safety and quality of the mango pulp puree. To achieve this, we employ a tube-in-tube type sterilizer for the sterilization process. This sterilizer offers the flexibility of adjustable sterilization temperature and retention time, catering to the specific requirements of different products. The entire system is equipped with programmable control, facilitating precise control and automation of the sterilization process. As a result, we can consistently and reliably sterilize the mango pulp puree, ensuring its safety and extending its shelf life.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine operates in tandem with a tube-in-tube sterilizer, creating a closed cycle system. Prior to production, the entire cycle undergoes thorough sterilization to establish an aseptic environment. The filling cavity is specifically designed to be vapor protected, maintaining sterility within the filling environment.
To ensure security and product integrity, the machine incorporates multiple safety measures. Mirror welding technology is employed to guarantee clean and seamless weld lines. An independent control panel enables precise control and monitoring of the filling process. The machine can be integrated with CIP (Clean-in-Place) and automatic SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) systems, further enhancing sterilization capabilities. Additionally, the machine offers easy adjustability to accommodate different capacities and sizes of aseptic bags, providing flexibility in production requirements.
11. Storage or go blending
The final product can be either stored as-is or utilized as a raw material for the production of tomato sauce or ketchup.
