Key process of the apple processing line

1. Discharge platform
When fresh apples arrive, they are often unloaded by large trucks. 2. Elevator
This machine is used to delivery fresh apple from outside the building to inside.
3. Washing
Fresh apples should be carefully washed before removing the skin and seeds. Additional cleaning stages can be added if cleaning requirements are high. It is also possible to add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning to enhance the cleaning effect.
4. Sorting
After washing, the surface of apple is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad apples by human.
5. Crushing
The GFM-FC series crushers have the most advanced working principle, higher manufacturing precision and highest crushing capacity. Mainly used for crushing various fruits and vegetables, such as tomatoes, apples, pears, strawberries, celery, etc. It can finely grind the raw material and improve the working effect of the following process. 6. Preheating
A pre-heater is used to heat the crushed material and the temperature is generally adjustable from 45°C to 85°C. This processing step helps improve the juice yield in the next step and can also preserve the color and taste of the final product.
7. Belt type juice extractor

9. Sterilizing
Apple puree and applesauce are made in a tube sterilizer. Sterilization temperature and exposure time are adjustable. This maximizes the taste and nutritional content of your apple puree or applesauce concentrate. The entire system is under programmable control. 10. Aseptic Filling
