From fresh, ripe tomatoes to a diverse range of value-added products – our complete tomato processing line delivers everything you need to produce tomato paste, tomato sauce, ketchup, spicy tomato sauce, and tomato juice. We provide a fully integrated turnkey solution covering washing, crushing, concentration, blending, sterilization, and filling.

The processing line begins with our drum or flotation washing system that thoroughly removes dirt, sand, and field debris. The clean tomatoes then enter a crusher with pre-heating that softens the fruit and inactivates enzymes at 70 to 80 degrees Celsius. A fine or coarse pulping machine with interchangeable sieves separates skins and seeds from the pulp, producing a smooth tomato base ready for concentration.

For paste production, our multi-effect vacuum evaporator removes water efficiently under low-temperature conditions, concentrating the tomato pulp from approximately 5 Brix up to 28 to 30 Brix for standard paste, or 36 to 38 Brix for double concentrate. The system includes an aroma recovery option that captures volatile compounds and returns them to the product for superior fresh flavor.

The blending and formulation stage allows you to create multiple finished products from a single production line. Our automated blending skids include stainless steel tanks with agitators, mass flow meters, and PLC controls. For tomato sauce, we blend paste with water, salt, sugar, and spices. For ketchup, we add vinegar, sweeteners, and a proprietary spice mix. For spicy tomato sauce, we incorporate chili, garlic, and other seasonings. For tomato juice, we dilute to drinking consistency and adjust acidity.

The sterilization system uses tubular or scraped surface heat exchangers. For high-viscosity products like paste and ketchup, our scraped surface design prevents burning and ensures uniform heat distribution. UHT sterilization at 121 degrees Celsius for 5 to 15 seconds eliminates all microorganisms while preserving natural color, flavor, and the valuable antioxidant lycopene.

Our filling line supports multiple packaging formats. For bulk industrial sales, we offer aseptic bag-in-drum filling for 200 liter drums or 1000 liter bins. For retail products, we supply glass jar fillers with capping machines for sauce and ketchup, as well as bottle fillers for tomato juice. The complete line includes CIP automatic cleaning that sanitizes all product contact surfaces without disassembly. All equipment is constructed from food-grade 304 or 316 stainless steel and is CE certified.

1. Discharge Platform
