Our NFC (Not From Concentrate) & Cloudy Apple Juice Production Line is designed for beverage manufacturers committed to delivering premium, fresh-tasting apple juice that captures the authentic flavor and natural cloudiness of freshly pressed apples. This specialized line processes fresh apples directly into ready-to-drink juice without evaporation and reconstitution, preserving the full spectrum of volatile flavor compounds, natural vitamins, and the characteristic suspended fruit solids that define a premium cloudy juice.

The line begins with gentle fruit handling to minimize bruising and oxidation – our floating washer and brush washer combination ensures thorough cleaning while a sorting conveyor allows visual inspection for quality. A hammer mill crusher breaks apples into a fine mash, which is then fed into a belt press for juice extraction. To stabilize the cloudy juice and prevent unwanted separation, the juice passes through a vacuum deaeration system that removes dissolved oxygen (reducing oxidation and browning), followed by a high-pressure homogenizer that reduces particle size to a uniform suspension. The juice is then heated through a tubular UHT sterilizer using precisely controlled temperature-time profiles that achieve commercial sterility while minimizing thermal degradation of flavor and nutrients. The filling section operates under sterile conditions, handling glass bottles, PET bottles, and cans suitable for chilled or ambient distribution.

This production line delivers clean-label juice with no added water, sugar, or preservatives – meeting the growing consumer demand for natural, minimally processed beverages.
