This fully automatic pineapple jam processing line is custom-designed for food processing factories. The entire production line is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, covering fully automated processes including fresh pineapple sorting, bubble spray cleaning, automatic peeling and coring, pre-cooking pulping, vacuum concentration and aseptic filling. No manual contact with materials is involved throughout the process, completely avoiding secondary pollution risks. The production capacity can be customized as required, adapting to both 50kg/h small experimental lines and 5t/h large-scale mass production lines. The supporting high-shear emulsification system delivers fine, particle-free pineapple jam that retains over 90% of the fresh fruit's natural flavor and nutrients.
