Description

 
The spray sterilization and cooling machine is mainly used for atmospheric pressure sterilization of various bottled, canned drinks and dairy products. This machine adopts multi-stage treatment such as circulating hot water spray sterilization, warm water pre-cooling and cold water cooling. A variety of energy heat recovery technologies are comprehensively utilized, which have the advantages of water saving, heat saving, and environmental protection. At the same time, it is equipped with automatic feeding and discharging mechanism, which is a smooth transition with the automated conveying production line. The sterilization temperature and time of the equipment can be adjusted according to user requirements, and different process designs can be carried out to meet the process requirements. The corresponding high-precision automatic control system can also be configured according to user requirements. The package can be non-circular plastic bottles, plastic bags, cans and others.

Application

 
This machine is suitable for low temperature sterilization and cooling after filling or bottled non-low acid beverage capping. It has a temperature return function. The product can be adjusted from the filling temperature to room temperature to avoid condensation on the surface of the product. Because condensed water tends to rust the canned product and causes labeling and printing errors, and the carton is easily damaged after packaging.
The machine works by using water as a heat exchange medium. After the sterilizing water passes through the tube heater, the nozzle is evenly sprayed onto the bottled or canned surface to raise the temperature of the product itself to a prescribed sterilization temperature. The water temperature of the product is adjusted to room temperature using water spray, and all water can be returned to the bottom tank for recovery.
