Tube in Tube UHT Sterilizer Machine For Mango Concentration Paste/ Pulp/ Sauce
Gofun Company has created the advanced automatic tube in tube sterilizer by learning and absorbing the high tech from Italy. The tube in tube sterilizer is widely used for the concentrated fruit paste and other products with high viscosity.
The sterilizer has 4 layers tubular structures. The inner two layers and the outside layer will go through with the hot water and the middle layer will be running with the product. The product will be heated by the hot water to the setting temp and then hold the product under this temp for few time to completely sterilize the product and then cool down the product by the cooling water or chilled water. The sterilizer will be consist of the product tank, the pump, the heat exchanger, the holding tubes and the control system.

The equipment consists of material tank, pump, tubular heat exchanger, retainer, superheated water system and control system. Regeneration heat exchange technology is adopted in the design of the equipment to improve heat transfer efficiency and save energy.
The operating system adopts the image man-machine dialogue operation interface, which is convenient for intuitively grasping the running state of each component of the device at any time; the control system performs real-time temperature control, acquisition and storage on the device.

- Put the product from a storage tank mounted for the sterilizer into the heat exchanger unit.
- Heat the product by superheated water till the sterilizing temp and hold the product under the temp for sterilizing the product, then cool down Into filling temperature by cooling water or chilled water.
- Before each production shift, sterilize in place the system with aseptic filler together by superheated water.
- After each production shift, clean in place the system with aseptic filler together by hot water, alkali liquid and acid liquid.
- Both the material and the heating medium are heated by non-contact heat exchange in their respective sealing systems to ensure the hygienic safety of the material.
- The sterilization time is short to ensure that the nutrients of the material are not destroyed.
- The machine is made of food grade stainless steel to ensure that beverages and food equipment meet national safety and health requirements.
- Good heat transfer performance, high heat recovery and low energy consumption
