1. Discharge platform

3. Washing
Before removing the peel and seeds from fresh apples, wash the fresh fruit well. For washing, we can use bubble washer, brush washer and sprayer together. If the washing requirements are high, more washing steps can be added. Also, for better cleaning effect, we can add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.
4. Sorting
After washing, the surface of apple is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad apples by human.
5. Crushing

6. Preheating
The preheater is used to heat the product after the crusher, and the temperature is adjustable, usually from 45 to 85. This processing step will help increase the juice rate for the next step, and it can also protect the color and taste of the final product.

9. Sterilizing

10. Aseptic Filling
