1. Discharge platform
When fresh tomatoes come, they are usually lorries. If someone unloads the goods, it will be very difficult. Therefore, we have designed an unloading platform that uses water guns to unload the fresh fruits/tomatoes from the truck and water to transport the fresh fruits/tomatoes to the processing line. The unloading platform also has the ability to pre-wash fresh fruit/tomatoes before processing.
This machine is used to delivery fresh fruit from outside the building to inside.
Before crushing, fresh fruit should be washed carefully. Simultaneous use of bubble washer and spray washer is possible. Additional cleaning stages can be added if cleaning requirements are high. In addition, ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning can be added to enhance the cleaning effect.
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
5. Crushing for tomato processing
GFM-FC series crushers have the most advanced working principle, higher manufacturing precision and best crushing capability. Mainly used for crushing different kinds of fruits and vegetables, such as tomatoes, apples, pears, strawberries, celery, etc. It can grind the raw material into small particles to enhance the working effect of the next processing section. The machine consists of feed hopper, side cover, frame, main shaft, bearing block, motor, motor structure, outlet hopper, etc.
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
This machine also runs at a speed of 1470 r/min, which creates centrifugal force to force the product through the screen, helping to purify the product. I usually use his two stages, Pulper and Refiner, but the screens for each stage are different. The first stage makes the screen bigger, the second stage makes the screen smaller. Double stage pulping machine for tomato pulp yield can reach 90%~95%. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp. The machine works with large capacity and stable performance. Easy to operate and replace sieves. Suitable for many kinds of fruits, such as passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes, apples, etc.
Vacuum evaporator is used to concentrate tomato sauce under vacuum and low temperature. A forced circulation vacuum evaporator is used here. Vacuum cooking ensures maximum flavor and nutrition. Here, the water in the tomato pulp is allowed to evaporate. This will be your tomato sauce. Brix is typically 28-30% and 36-38%.
A tube-in-tube type sterilizer is used to sterilize tomato paste. Sterilization temperature and holding time are adjustable. This machine is used to heat tomato paste to a very high temperature of about 115°C, hold for 30 seconds, and then quickly cool to ambient temperature. It can also protect as long as the whole system adopts programmable control. The operation system uses an image man-machine interface that is convenient for intuitively grasping the operation status of each part of the device.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine works in conjunction with a tube-in-tube type sterilizer. It's a closed cycle. Prior to production, the cycle is fully sterilized to ensure a sterile environment. The filling cavity is also vapor protected to ensure that the filling environment is also sterile. Security - Provides several security methods. 11. Storage or go blending
