1. Discharge platform

When fresh tomatoes come in, we usually use lorries. It's going to be a big deal if people drop it off. 3. Washing

Wash fresh fruit well before crushing. Both foam and spray washers can be used for cleaning. Additional cleaning stages can be added if cleaning requirements are high. You can also add ultrasonic cleaning or ozone cleaning for better cleaning effect.

5. Crushing for tomato processing

6. Preheating

7. Pulper and refiner

The machine also spins at 1470 rpm, creating centrifugal force through which the product will pass through a sieve, helping to refine the product. Usually, we use two stages of pulper and refiner. The screen of each stage is different. The screen of the first stage is larger, and the screen of the second stage is smaller. The tomato pulp output of the two-stage beater can reach 90%~95%. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp. 8. Evaporating

Vacuum evaporators are used to concentrate ketchup under vacuum and at low temperature. Here we use a forced circulation vacuum evaporator. Because it's under vacuum and low temperature, flavor and nutrition will be preserved as much as possible. Now we evaporate the water from the tomato pulp and get a tomato paste, usually 28-30% Brix and 36-38% Brix.

9. Sterilizing

A tube-in-tube sterilizer is used to sterilize ketchup. Sterilization temperature and storage time are adjustable. This machine heats ketchup to a high temperature of about 115°C for 30 seconds and then immediately cools it to room temperature. This way ketchup testing and nutrition can also be protected as much as possible. The whole system adopts programmable control. The operation system adopts the image of a human-machine interface, which is convenient for intuitively grasping the operation status of each part of the equipment.

10. Aseptic Filling
