1. Ejection platform

To simplify the unloading process of fresh tomatoes from large trucks, we have developed a discharging platform. This platform incorporates water guns to efficiently discharge the tomatoes from the trucks, eliminating the labor-intensive manual handling. Additionally, the discharging platform serves another purpose by allowing the fresh tomatoes to undergo a pre-washing process before they enter the processing line. Water is used to facilitate the feeding of the fresh tomatoes into the processing line, ensuring a smooth and continuous operation.

3. Washing

Prior to the crushing stage, it is crucial to thoroughly wash the fresh tomatoes. To achieve optimal cleaning results, a combination of a bubble washer and a spray washer can be employed. If higher cleaning standards are necessary, additional cleaning stages can be incorporated. Moreover, the cleaning process can be enhanced by introducing ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning techniques, which further improve the effectiveness of the cleaning process.

4. Sorting

5. Crushing for tomato processing

The primary purpose of this machine is to crush a wide range of fruits and vegetables. 6. Preheating

A pre-heater is used to heat the product after grinding, and the temperature is usually adjustable from 45°C to 85°C. This processing step helps increase the juice percentage for the next step and can also preserve the color and taste of the final product.

7. Pulper and refiner

Operating at a speed of 1470 r/min, this machine generates centrifugal force to propel the product through the screen, contributing to the purification process. It consists of two stages: Pulper and Refiner, each equipped with a different screen size. The first stage employs a larger screen, while the second stage utilizes a smaller screen. By utilizing this double-stage pulping machine, the yield of tomato pulp can reach an impressive 90% to 95%. The pulping process effectively separates the tomato skin and seeds from the pulp. This machine is known for its high capacity, stable performance, ease of operation, and convenient sieve replacement. It is suitable for processing various fruits such as passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes, apples, and more.

8. Evaporating

Vacuum evaporator is used to concentrate tomato paste under vacuum and low temperature. A forced circulation vacuum evaporator is used here. Since it is finished at a vacuum low temperature, it does not miss the taste and nutrients as much as possible. Then the water is evaporated from the tomato pulp to make a tomato paste. Brix is typically 28-30%, 36-38%.

9. Sterilizing

To ensure the safety and preservation of tomato paste, a tube-in-tube type sterilizer is employed. This sterilizer allows for adjustable sterilization temperature and holding time. The machine effectively heats the tomato paste to a high temperature, typically around 115°C, and holds it at this temperature for a period of 30 seconds. Subsequently, the tomato paste is rapidly cooled to the ambient temperature. The entire system is designed to provide comprehensive protection, thanks to its programmable control. The operation system features an intuitive image-based man-machine interface, enabling operators to easily monitor the status of each component of the device.

10. Aseptic Filling

The aseptic filling machine works with a tube-in-tube type sterilizer. It's a closed cycle. Before production, the cycle is fully sterilized to ensure an aseptic environment. Also ensure that the filling cavity is also protected from steam and that the filling environment is sterile. Security - Provides several security methods. Adopts mirror welding technology to achieve clean and smooth welding lines. Independent control panel. CIP and Auto SIP are available in the sterilizer.
