5. Crushing for tomato processing

6. Preheating

7. Pulper and refiner

8. Evaporating

9. Sterilizing

A tube-in-tube sterilizer is used in the tomato paste production process, with adjustable sterilization temperature and holding time. During this process, the tomato paste is held at high temperature (approximately 115°C) for 30 seconds and then quickly cooled to room temperature. This treatment helps retain as many nutrients as possible in the tomato sauce. The entire system adopts programmable control, and the operating system uses a human-machine graphic interface, allowing users to intuitively understand the working status of each component of the equipment.

10. Aseptic Filling

The aseptic filling machine is combined with the tube sterilizer to form a closed-loop system. Before production, the cycle is fully sterilized to ensure a sterile environment.
