Product description of tomato processing plant
Tomato processing lines are designed to efficiently convert fresh tomatoes into a wide variety of final products, such as tomato paste, ketchup, and tomato juice. The processing line encompasses a comprehensive series of steps beginning with the reception of fresh tomatoes and concluding with the production of aseptic bagged barrels.
The process initiates with the arrival of fresh tomatoes, which are then subjected to thorough washing and sorting procedures to ensure optimal quality. Subsequently, the tomatoes undergo several stages, including crushing, refining, and concentration, in order to achieve the desired consistency and flavor.
The tomato processing line consists of various crucial components, such as the fresh tomato reception system, washing system, sorting system, crushing system, pulping and refining system, filtration system, concentration system, sterilization system, and aseptic filling system. The ultimate outcome of this process is the production of tomato sauce, which is carefully packaged in sterile bags contained within roller drums.
Barrel-packed aseptic bag ketchup can be further produced into ketchup, sauce, fruit juice, and can be filled into sachets, stand-up pouches, metal cans, PP containers, bottles, gable tops, etc.
