Product description of tomato processing plant
Tomato processing lines have the capability to transform fresh tomatoes into a diverse range of end products, including tomato paste, ketchup, and tomato juice. The entire tomato processing line encompasses a comprehensive process that begins with the reception of fresh tomatoes and concludes with the production of aseptic bagged barrels.
The process commences with the arrival of fresh tomatoes, which then undergo washing and sorting procedures to ensure the highest quality. Subsequently, the tomatoes go through various stages such as crushing, refining, and concentration to achieve the desired consistency and flavor.
The tomato processing line comprises several key components, including the fresh tomato receiving system, washing system, sorting system, crushing system, pulping and refining system, filtration system, concentrating system, sterilizing system, and aseptic filling system. Through this process, tomato sauce is obtained and filled into sterile bags within a roller drum.
The aseptic bagged tomato sauce can be further utilized to produce ketchup, sauce, and fruit juice. These products can be packaged in a variety of formats such as sachets, stand-up pouches, metal cans, PP containers, bottles, or gable tops.
