Auto Clear Apple Juice Bottling Production Line for Commercial Use

This industrial-grade apple juice processing line is optimized for the processing characteristics of fresh apples. It runs fully automated processes including non-destructive apple sorting, high-pressure spray cleaning, cold crushing juicing, enzymatic clarification, ultrafiltration sterilization and aseptic filling. Through low-temperature enzymatic hydrolysis technology, pectin is accurately decomposed to completely solve the turbidity and precipitation problem of apple juice. The produced clear juice is crystal clear and retains the natural sweet and fresh flavor of apples. All parts of the whole line that come into contact with materials are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel with no sanitary dead corners. The built-in automatic CIP cleaning system can quickly complete full-line cleaning and sterilization, complying with international food hygiene safety standards. The production capacity can be customized as required, adapting to both 300L/h small lines and 15t/h large-scale mass production lines. The equipment's operating energy consumption is 18% lower than traditional models, greatly reducing production and operation costs, and helping beverage factories quickly realize standardized and large-scale mass production of apple juice products.
