Key process of the mango processing line

1. Discharge platform
When fresh mango comes, normally with big trucks, if discharge by labor, it would be very difficult. So, we design the discharge platform and use water gun to discharge fresh mango from truck, also use water to deliver fresh mango to the processing line. And there is another function of the discharge platform, it can pre-wash fresh mango before processing.
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
Fresh fruit must be thoroughly washed before crushing. When washing, we can use a foam washer along with a brush and spray washer. If washing requirements are high, further washing steps can be added. In addition, for better cleaning effect, we can add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
The mango destoner is running with speed of 1470 r/min to crush fresh mango to make sure all the mango cores and peals are fully cleaned, which can greatly reduce the waste and improve the pulp yield. The cores will be sent outside factory, and the pulp will be pumped to next step.
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
The rotating speed of this machine is 1470 rpm, which generates centrifugal force, and the product passes through the screen, which is helpful for the refinement of the product. Usually we use two stages of pulper and refiner, each stage has a different screen, the screen of the first stage is larger, and the screen of the second stage is smaller. The yield of tomato pulp of the two-stage beater can reach 60%-75%. After beating, the tomato skin and seeds will be separated from the tomato pulp. The machine has a large workload and stable performance. Easy to use and replace the sieve; suitable for many kinds of fruits, including passion fruit, tomato, peach, apricot, mango, apple, etc.
8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.
For the mango puree puree, we use a cannula sterilizer for sterilization. Sterilization temperature and holding time are adjustable. With this machine, we heat the ketchup to a high temperature of around 115°C for 30 seconds, then immediately cool to room temperature. This way you can also protect the test and nutrition of the tomato paste as much as possible. The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system adopts an image man-machine interface, which is convenient to intuitively grasp the working status of each component of the equipment.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine works together with the tube in tube type sterilizer. It’s a closed cycle. Before production, the cycle will be fully sterilized to make sure the aseptic environment. And the filling cavity is also protected by steam to make sure the filling environment is also aseptic. Safety - providing several security methods. 11. Storage or go blending
